Through 30 years of customer service experience and 20 of those in a management position, I have grown to understand the most effective ways to work with people of all backgrounds. My time as a real estate transaction coordinator has taught me to be extremely detail oriented, while not sacrificing efficiency.

- Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation
tracking, lead follow-up, and all office administration
- Maintain all agent financial systems, bill payment, and budgets
- Manage the recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all administrative hires
- Hold agents accountable for agreed upon lead generation activity
- Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts, and lead generation
- Process an average of 25 transactions per month
- Manage 22 agents daily

- Approach clients by cold call and direct mail to inquire about their current and future insurance plans, while developing a positive working relationship
- Deliver policy proceeds after a claim is filed and approved
- Maintain communications with adjusters during life cycle of each claim
- Explain the differences in policy specifics to help clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
